As a Volkswagen enthusiast myself, I wanted to create something to show the whole block (and the mailman) my love for all things Volkswagen! I hope that your new BusBox will do just that for you.
My goal with my customized mailboxes, is to allow you to make a statement at the curb, and show your block who you are...So with many of my ideas that I have, I hope to give you that ability!
Payment
I accept most credit cards and Paypal. If you have any questions about payment, feel free to contact me.
Shipping
I ship via USPS. Each order is shipped with a tracking number for you to follow your order until it arrives. Shipping usually takes about 3-4 BUSINESS days to get to you. For my overseas customers, shipping time could be about 8-10 BUSINESS days, and MAY require YOU to pay a customs fee on your end, depending on your country. TheBusBox is not responsible for these customs fees or taxes.
Guarantees
TheBusBox guarantees that each order is made with quality in mind.
The mailboxes are all painted with a high quality paint, and clear coated with a minimum of 4 layers of uv resistant, non yellowing clear coat.
Each mailbox is made to withstand all normal weather conditions for the environment that they are in. Some extreme weather conditions may not be kind to any mailbox, including TheBusBox. Also, environments with high salt concentration, high winds or extremely hot weather may have adverse effects on your mailbox. I always recommend washing and using an automotive wax monthly on your mailbox, for added protection and maximum shine.
Refunds and Exchanges
Each order is specifically custom made. Because of this, there are no refunds for your mailbox purchase.
If an item arrives damaged, send me an email within 48 hours of your items arrival, including pictures of the damage. I will get back to you explaining the details of returning the damaged item. When that damaged mailbox arrives at my address, I will make you a replacement mailbox and send it out to you right away, at no extra charge to you. I will not refund the cost of the item, or the shipping, and the buyer will pay for the return shipping to get it back to me. If an item is damaged in shipping, we will only replace the damaged item. We will not issue a refund.
Additional Policies
Each order is custom made, and does take time to create. The paint has to be allowed the proper curing times before I can wrap it and ship it to you. Typically I can have your BusBox completed and ready to ship in about 2-3 weeks from the order date. That processing time could vary depending on the quantity and type of orders that I am working on at the time of your order.
When your order is shipped, I will send you a tracking number as soon as I have one available.
