This mailbox is brand new, only removed from the box for painting. Manufactured by the Solar Group, this is a Gibraltar mailbox. This steel mailbox comes with a plastic latch and flag. It is US Postmaster General Approved.
I sandblast and prime the box, use specially formulated paint for the color, and fade-resistant automotive vinyl for the lettering. Then I finish it with at least 4 coats of non yellowing matte clear, this way it is clear coated much like your car. This mailbox is sure to shine for years to come.
The military mailboxes are finished in matte clear, but still very eye catching!
